Po-Grabschen ist nicht ok und geilen, alten Böcken gehört endlich beigebracht, dass Frauen kein Freiwild sind. Aber wir waren oft genug Mittäterinnen in diesen Szenarien.
Vor einigen Jahren habe ich mich neben meinem Studium für einen Kellner-Job beworben, den ich sofort bekam. Meine damalige Mitbewerberin wurde nicht genommen. Sie war die Erfahrenere von uns beiden, die bessere Kellnerin, sie hatte diesen Beruf gelernt und ich hätte sie sofort eingestellt. Sie wog nur leider 20 Kilogramm mehr als ich. Warum ich den Job bekam, war mir damals egal, meine Rechnungen würden sich nicht von selbst bezahlen.
Vor noch mehr Jahren wurde ich in der U-Bahn ohne Fahrschein erwischt. Ich habe den Schwarzkappler so lange bezirzt, bis er nicht nur von einer Strafe absah, sondern mir sogar noch einen Fahrschein geschenkt hat. Dass er mir dabei ab und zu aufs Dekolletee starrte, war das kleiner Übel als die 70-Euro-Strafe wegen Schwarzfahrens. Und ich bin bei Gott nicht die einzige Frau, die ihre weiblichen Reize ab und zu zum eigenen Vorteil eingesetzt hat. Eine Freundin hat mir erzählt, dass sie bei einer Urlaubsverhandlung mit ihrem Chef extra den obersten Knopf ihrer Bluse aufgemacht hat. Eine andere Bekannte hat jedes Mal auf Teufel komm raus mit Stammgästen im Café, in dem sie kellneriert hat, geflirtet. „Ob du 10 oder 20 Prozent Trinkgeld bekommst, macht am Ende des Tages einen großen Unterschied“, begründete sie damals mit wirtschaftlichem Kalkül ihr Flirtverhalten am Arbeitsplatz.

Und genau hier liegt das Problem. In der ganzen #Aufschrei-Debatte werden wir Frauen als wehrlose Opfer von zügelloser männlicher Lust dargestellt. Oft genug sind wir es auch. Keine Frau mag es angefasst zu werden ohne es ausdrücklich erlaubt zu haben. Es ist sehr unangenehm, wenn man bei einem Geschäftstermin versucht professionell aufzutreten während das Gegenüber nur Augen für die Oberweite hat. Aber ab und zu nutzen wir diese schwachen Momente des „starken“ Geschlechts zu unseren Gunsten. Vielleicht ist das ein Versuch der Macht-Umkehr. Ein Versuch, die Situation, in der man gaffenden Blicken und unerlaubten Berührungen ausgesetzt wird, doch noch für sich zu entscheiden; die Kontrolle zu erlangen um nicht ganz so hilflos dazustehen.
Aber so wird alles beim Alten bleiben. Wir können noch so viel aufschreien und geile, alte Böcke an den Pranger stellen – wo sie meiner Meinung nach hingehören - es wird sich dennoch wenig ändern. Diese Gegengeschäfte, wie sie immer noch üblich sind, sind Gift für die Gleichberechtigung. „Wenn ich die Beförderung bekomme, darfst du mir auf den Hintern glotzen und ihn vielleicht mal anfassen.“ Damit muss Schluss sein und das liegt in unserer Hand. Ich weigere mich zu akzeptieren, dass ich ein wehrloses Opfer männlicher Gelüste sein soll. Wie jemand mit mir umgeht, wie ich in solchen Situation dastehe, entscheide ich selbst, sonst niemand. Und das müssen auch die Herren der Schöpfung lernen.

endlich wird auch die andere seite betrachtet...ich finde auch, dass wir frauen nicht "nur" opfer sind...natürlich kommt es immer wieder vor, dass frauen zu opfern gemacht werden in situationen, wo sie sich nicht wehren können& das sollte auch keinesfalls bagatellisiert werden, weil wir alle wissen wie sehr frauen, die opfer wurden, darunter leiden...aber es gibt eben auch genau die dinge die du beschreibst, wo (wir) frauen bewusst oder manchmal auch unbewusst ihre/unsere sexuellen reize einzusetzen, um zu bekommen was wir/sie wollen und um sich vorteile rauszuschlagen & damit sogar relativ viel macht über (manche) männer haben...so wie du sagst, wenn sich etwas ändern soll, dann müssen wir frauen auch aus unserer "wir sind hier nur die opfer-rolle" hinaus und unseren teil dazu beitragen, dass sich etwas ändert!
